Lumley Beach Development

A masterplan for roughly five kilometres of Lumley Beach, commissioned by Sierra Leone's National Tourist Board.

The plan drew directly on Rio de Janeiro's Copacabana — adapting its promenade and beachfront planning logic to Freetown's own coastline.
